Lowestoft & Yarmouth RUFC are running a FREE after school club for Boys and Girls from school years 1 to 6.

These FREE sessions are running every Wednesday from 5.30pm to 6.30pm each week all through the summer holidays until September.

The sessions are based around non contact Rugby activities and offer an excellent opportunity for children to get some fresh air and exercise whilst making new friends and adhering to the Rugby Core Values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship .

Just turn up and play for FREE at Gunton Park (NR32 5HE) on Wednesdays 5.30pm to 6.30pm. (weather depending)
