Lowestoft & Yarmouth RUFC Touch Group

A sport for all the family!

Touch is a low/minimal contact sport consisting of a smaller pitch, fewer on field players and 6 touches.

Any sex, fitness, experience level and age (ideally 14+) are welcome, it’s a very inclusive game and sport. This is a mixed, so men and women play together in the same team.

Training sessions are on Monday evenings from 6:30pm - 8pm.
