Lowestoft & Yarmouth Rugby Club

Welcome to the Under 8's Page. We meet on a Sunday morning at our home "Gunton Park" from September to May. Training is 10.15am for a 10.30am start and is approx an hour long. If we are not at home, training, then we will be away, locally, competing in matches and festivals with other local teams.

At this age group we play Tag rugby which is a fast-moving, non-contact, invasion game suitable for boys and girls to play together. The key to the game is enjoyment, with scoring, running, and handling skills to the fore.
